The incumbent must possess excellent communication and administrative skills and presently be licensed in the province of Ontario. Preference will be given to individuals who have prior teaching skills.

MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

The Canadian Aesthetic Academy Inc, a Private Career College with three campuses in the GTA that also operates the CYPRUS SPA, serving the public is seeking to recruit the services of an experienced Medical Aesthetician.

The incumbent must be a graduate of a recognized educational institution in Canada and must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Medical Spa environment. The individual must have extensive knowledge of various laser machines and must be able to manage a client base of up to 500 customers.

The incumbent must be sales oriented and be able to generate revenues from existing clients as well as establish new clientele. The incumbent must be able to instruct students and hold training sessions.

25% commission of Medical Spa sales will be paid as compensation.

INSIDE SALES PROFESSIONAL

The Canadian Aesthetic Academy, a leading Aesthetic school in the GTA is seeking experienced sales associate whose primary responsibility will be to sell educational packages to students for the School.

The incumbent will possess exceptional qualities in analyzing, managing and closing leads. Each sales associate will receive between 35 to 50 leads monthly.
Opportunities will be given to sales personal to develop their own leads thereby increasing their earning potential.

Ability to close a minimum of 10 to 15 leads monthly resulting in revenues over $45,000 per month is required.

The position carries an attractive base salary with commissions, and bonuses. High achievers will be able to earn double and or triple bonuses.

The position is open at the Academy’s North York, Brampton and Toronto Campuses.

Admininistrator / Student Support Services

The Canadian Aesthetic Academy is a leading Aesthetic school with six locations in the GTA, currently has an exciting opportunity to administer the student support services. The position is based at the Head Office located at Highway 400 and Steeles avenue West.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and must be able to a multi task and will possess exceptional skills to handle all student related issues such as class schedules, student complaints, basic accounting and other administrative functions.
The ideal candidate would be one that is flexible with work schedules and work independently.

A minimum of 3 to 5 experience in a similar role or related role is required.

Main Responsibilities

• Ability to write letters regarding student issues
• Basic Accounting knowledge to handle student accounting issues
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and administer student Database
• Maintains all student records and files
• Liaises with Accounting department for student payments
• Organizes instructor schedules for special classes.
• Assist the board of Directors in daily operations of the Academy.
